Kaminario Superhero Sweepstakes Terms
How to Participate:
To participate in the Kaminario Cisco Live! Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you must register: (1) at the Kaminario, Inc. (“Kaminario”) booth at the Cisco Live! Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Convention”) between June 26, 2017 at 10:00 AM (PDT) and June 29, 2017 at 12 PM (PDT); and (2) at the Kaminario landing page [www.http://info.kaminario.com/cisco_2017_contest] between June 26, 2017 at 10:00 AM (PDT) and June 29, 2017 at 12 PM (PDT). If you fully register in both places, you will be eligible to win a prize package, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Kaminario Cisco Live! Sweepstakes Terms (the “Sweepstakes Terms”), consisting of: (a) four 3-day “Park Jumper” passes to Universal Studios in Orlando, FL; and (b) a $700 gift card to Hotels.com (no transportation is included) (collectively the “Grand Prize”).
Who is Eligible:
To be an eligible participant (a “Participant”) in the Sweepstakes:
- You must be an employee of an end user customer or a potential end user customer of Kaminario products and/or services. For purposes of clarification: (1) employees of Kaminario competitors, vendors or partners (i.e. distributors, resellers); (2) employees of Kaminario or its affiliates; (3) employees or independent contractors of Cisco Systems, Inc. or any of its affiliates who are sales people or event staff; or (4) family members of employees of Kaminario or its affiliates, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
- You must be 21 or older and reside in one of the 50 United States.
- You must be present, in person, at the Kaminario booth at the Convention for the drawing of the Grand Prize, which will take place on June 29, 2017 at approximately 1:00 PM (PDT).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Eligibility will be determined by Kaminario, in its sole discretion.
General Terms:
- Only one entry per Participant is allowed. There will only be one (1) winner of the Grand Prize (the “Winner”).
- The Winner will be selected by Kaminario in a random drawing to be conducted by Kaminario from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depends on the number of eligible entries received. By entering, Participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Sweepstakes Terms and Kaminario’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
- The Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, in the form provided at the drawing of the Grand Prize, within 24 hours of the drawing or else they forfeit the Grand Prize. If the Grand Prize is forfeited, Kaminario will select and notify an alternate Winner by any method chosen by Kaminario.
- Kaminario reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Grand Prize with something or equal or greater value. The Grand Prize is not exchangeable for cash.
- Kaminario will award the Grand Prize “as is” without any warranty whatsoever from Kaminario.
- Each Participant is solely responsible for complying with his/her employer’s policies related to participating in this Sweepstakes and applicable law. The Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize.
- Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Kaminario’s Privacy Policy available at http://kaminario.com/privacy/.
- Kaminario reserves the right to: (1) disqualify any individual who attempts (or is suspected of attempting) to circumvent the terms and/or conditions of the Sweepstakes; and (ii) suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes if it cannot be executed as planned.
- The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes concerning the Sweepstakes. EACH PARTICIPANT WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE HAS THE LEGAL CAPACITY TO AGREE TO THESE SWEEPSTAKES TERMS AND AGREES TO RELEASE KAMINARIO FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. Void where prohibited.
- For the name of the winning Participant, available after approximately June 30, 2017, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope before October 1, 2017 to: Kaminario Cisco Live! Sweepstakes Winners List c/o Kaminario, Inc., 75 Second Avenue, Suite 620, Needham, MA 02494.
